ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please carefully review your order details, including sizing, shipping address, and contact information before completing checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Correctly produced orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund.
