Refund policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Orders correctly produced according to the submitted order

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
