All orders are made-to-order and processed through third-party production partners, including Tapstitch. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on production time, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. MARCOELLA PARIS is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
