Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizing selected by the customer, change of mind, personal preference, or orders correctly produced according to the submitted order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
